The fastest way to contact us is by email, and we will
generally respond within 24 hours, or 48 hours if your contact arrives on a
weekend or Korean holiday. However, if you would like to leave a message for us
by phone, we can be reached at our central business number at (country code 1
+ 206-497-4048). Our
business hours are 9am to 5pm (Korea time - click
for current time), Monday to Friday except Korean
national holidays. We do not staff full time operators, and are frequently out
of the office, so please leave a short message with your
phone number and email address and we
will either call you when someone is in the office or
respond by email.
